Unused and unopened orders of NON-PERSONALIZED items may be returned within 7 days of receipt for store credit only. Once we receive the returned item(s), a store credit will be issued (note that shipping costs are non-refundable). Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned.

Important Note: Return shipping is the responsibility of the client, and any item is subject to a nonrefundable 25% restocking fee. We are a small business, and there are no exceptions.

PERSONALIZED orders cannot be returned. For custom orders, they may not be cancelled or refunded once final proofs have been approved. Upon final approval of your proof, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds due to any and all errors (such as misspelled words, etc.). By approving your final proof, you accept responsibility for the information and layout as shown. If errors are discovered after proof approval, we are required to charge for a reprint.
